看过这果子吗?我还是第一次看过真正的百香果。对了这就是百香果了!上星期五我在Cold Storage 看到这百香果,一包三粒 S$1.95 我就买了三包要来做效素。我很喜欢百香果的味道,可是都找不到新鲜的果子。现在看到了就赶快买了!

哈哈。。。。其实我也不懂它的功效叻!我曾经在有机店买过百香果效素,所以应该是可以做效素的。我就试试看做咯!
yes it can use to make enzyme, i think the book has got mentioned also. But i have never eat it b4 leh.

Yes i just scoop it out n within a nite it become watery! It smell nice when i open to stir it! i think it should taste nice!
oh, may be can try hor if can find...once i saw it at Sheng Shiong...but din buy...cos dont know how to eat...hahahah
btw, this nov, u suspose to go KL for a talk on the enzyme, have u went already or coming soon?
