hi Michelle,嗯~~~ 百香果的味道真的是很香，没想到也能拿来做酵素，但是它的功效是什么？
Nicole,哈哈。。。。其实我也不懂它的功效叻！我曾经在有机店买过百香果效素，所以应该是可以做效素的。我就试试看做咯！
yes it can use to make enzyme, i think the book has got mentioned also. But i have never eat it b4 leh.So michelle, u just scoope out the fresh issit?
JAS,Yes i just scoop it out n within a nite it become watery! It smell nice when i open to stir it! i think it should taste nice!
oh, may be can try hor if can find...once i saw it at Sheng Shiong...but din buy...cos dont know how to eat...hahahah
btw, this nov, u suspose to go KL for a talk on the enzyme, have u went already or coming soon?

这是里面的样子。水水的，很香！
有的很饱满，有的只有那么一点点果肉，看！真是差太远了！左边那个好像被偷吃了！哈哈。。。。
这是第五天的效素，很多水可是泡泡不多。第三天打开来，那味道简直香到不得了！
希望14天后会有美味的百香果效素好喝咯！
