再次尝试树桐蛋糕

Auntie Irene 说要常做才会做得好,所以买好了材料就马上动手咯!

这是刚烘好的蛋糕。搅拌面粉和牛油时,搅得不够平均,所以烘出来的蛋糕有一角是不平的。不过整体上蛋糕都很松软与美味。

把蛋糕卷起来了,做成树桐。卷得不太好,所以有裂痕,也有一部分的表皮被油纸给拔脱了。只好把有裂痕的部分放做低部,再用奶油修补脱皮的部分。Auntie Irene 看了这树桐蛋糕肯定会晕掉,我把那奶油打得不好,搽奶油也一塌糊涂,真是要好好学习。

这就是我今天的早餐咯!浓浓的巧克力馅料,软软的蛋糕,奶油虽然打得不好,可是吃起来也是一样棒哟!

Hehehe....i hv to make sure by Christmas i can make a proper n nice log cake for my family n my relative n also friend ma so got to practise more lor!

I run away never mind so long as those people who eat this will enjoy it.

This one is heavy chocolate flavour one, so is much nicer n yummy!!!! But i m sure will grow fat faster.....hahaha
