上星期六去吉隆坡参加了一个无糖酵素演说会。在会上有讲解酵素的功效与发酵过程。演说人也出了以上这本书。她推广的是无糖酵素,材料也多是用有机的材料。她教的酵素并不全都要用柠檬,也不用冰糖,用的是Oligo 寡糖与段树花蜜。她说冰糖是单一糖,在发酵的过程中会变成酒精,所以我们的酵素会像有酒的味道。这其实会对我们的肝脏增加负担。而有的糖没来得及发酵,就会让我们吃下过多的糖份。
她强调每一个人必须做清,调,补与药理的过程,那我们就必须了解我们的身体需要什么。她也当场让我们做了两样酵素,一是舞茸酵素醋(有强身健体和防癌抗老的功效),二是甜菜根四物酵素(有调经补血,美颜抗老的功效)。
我看以后要改一改做酵素的方法咯!

哇!若用有机的水果和寡糖真的很贵嘞,那做一次酵素就要花很多钱咯!

对呀!一支寡糖就要马币23块了!如果做大罐的可能要用两支呢!不过如果长喝,我想还是用寡糖比较好,以免伤了肝和喝太多的糖份。

Yes they use liquid type of Oligo, they sell at RM23.00 but because we attend the course so we get 20% discount and that will be RM18.40. Since u r buying at S$7.50 that mean should be much cheaper ler! Where did u buy it?

Yes i bought the book already. It cost at RM29.00 but because we attend the course so we can buy it at RM60.00 which inclusive of the book and one bottle of oligo and one bottle of lime flower honey which total saving of RM15.00
According to them the book should be able to find in Popular but not so sure whether can find it now or not.
I already made 2 bottle during the course because the course fee is inclusive of the material for the 2 bottle of enzyme by using all the organic material.

i bought the oligo from an organic shop. but recently sheng shiong also start selling. I think the price is also around $7.50. I think i got post the pic before in my blog....:D
but the shopper told the one i bought is a cheaper one, they have many more and more expensive...heehee...
so now we got start to search for the book again at popular...if i were to email popular again, i think they will think i very free....hahaha...keep asking them about enzyme books...:D
How long is it for u to drive to KL? 4 ~ 5 hrs?

Hahaha.....i think they will know u well in future. Saw yr name only they will know the lady who always ask about enzyme hehehe If u really can't find then maybe i can buy for u in JB. Just let me know if u need me to buy for u.
I think there is a lot of oligo in the market too but we really dunno wat is the different. But no matter how i think still better than using rock sugar lor!

oh ya michelle, abt the oligo,
if u intend to start using oligo for making enzyme, u check the price first...bec i think the organic shop here, something they do give discount especially if u are regular...they will keep your reocrds then can save a bit....if buy from supermarkets then high chance no discount...

In fact i had bought few bottle during the exhibition becos they give 20% discount on their regular price. So i think that should be enough for my few making and meanwhile i will do some searching as well.

唐荣兴说, 严格来说, 市面上的很多底价格“酵素”并不是纯酵素, 也不能称为酵素,尤其是自行制造的“酵素或水果酵素”, 只能称为发酵食品, 因为里面只含有少量的酵素, 大部分是植物营养素、矿物质、维生素及微生物的新陈代谢物如酒精、有机酸如醋酸等, 除非它是经过生物科技去抽取的酵素。目前大家自行自制的“酵素”并不是纯酵素, 反而是在发酵食品, 千万别跟风。
酵素其实不是微生物
一般教导制作蔬果酵素的书所指导的, 酵素为活菌是有待更正的。酵素其实不是微生物, 而是微生物制造的生物触媒。他指出发酵过程需要微生物来进行。书上把发酵过程等同酿制酵素也是不正确的, 因为酵素非酿制可得, 而是活的细胞解读基因所制造。
一般上所教导的发酵两个星期就会酝酿成所谓的“酵素”, 其实是发酵成为酒精, 但是因为还留有糖分/甜味, 才让人不易察觉酒精成分。这种发酵时间太短及分解不完整, 微生物的增殖也不多, 只能称为是有非常微量酵素成份的发酵产品。
酵素只能由活细胞制造
酵素只能由活的细胞制造。酵素存在于活的动物、植物、微生物体内。它是维持生命及身体正常功能、消化食物、修复组织, 思考事情或身体的各种功能与系统操作所必需的物质。酵素是根据基因的密码而制造: 每一个酵素分子都是由一个对应基因所转录。高温(煮熟的食物)、过高或过低的酸碱值(pH)、某些药物和毒药会破坏或抑制酵素。
酵素种类非常多, 人类生存所需的酵素估计达数千种以上。这是因为酵素对于其所催化的反应类型和底物种类具有高度的专一性。每一种酵素在体内都有特定的功能, 非其它酵素能完成的。
服用酵素被测出酒驾?
〔记者萧夙眉╱中县报导〕服用酵素可能影响酒测结果?廿三岁黄姓大专女学生因发生车祸接受酒测, 酒测值为零点零五, 被以公共危险罪送办; 黄女强调滴酒不沾, 怀疑系车祸前服用体内环保酵素导致, 警方将该厂牌酵素作为证据交由检方调查, 这也是国内第一起服用酵素引发酒测争议案件。
该厂牌酵素台湾代理商发言人吴素贞则指责黄女「乱讲话」, 强调该厂牌酵素系由乳酸菌、乳糖、胚芽等天然成分制成, 不含酒精成分, 该公司代理八年来从未发生问题, 且取得卫生署核准字号; 中山医学大学营养系教授徐成金则表示,酵素含有糖分, 发酵后产生酒精。
黄女向员警表示并未喝酒, 体内不可能有酒精成分, 陈姓友人也证实黄女当天没有喝酒, 但酒测值零点零五是事实, 黄女仔细思索, 认为车祸前曾服用体内环保酵素, 可能是主要原因。
如果饮用这类含酒精的发酵产品, 其实如同是在饮酒, 而饮酒久了会伤肝。至于为何一些人在饮用了这些发酵产品后觉得身体的一些病症会消除, 这是因为发酵产品本身有植物营养素, 矿物质, 有机酸及微生物等, 所以就会有它的功效。同时, 根据发酵的材料(如水果)的不同营养素、发酵产品也就有了不同的功能。
发酵产品至少要有2至3月的发酵期, 至于酿醋则要9至12月。至于市场上的酵素(指的是较纯的酵素, 非指一般发酵产品)价格高昂, 如果生产过程是严格控制而有菌种的配给, 再加上温度的控制, 放入和过滤菌种的时间控制及酵素定量等的生物科技生产, 高价格的酵素是可以接受的。
