香兰加椰蛋糕

我又再去Auntie Irene 那里学东西咯!这次是香兰加椰蛋糕。妈妈不喜欢吃奶油,所以这种蛋糕就是她的最爱咯!为了她,就向Auntie Irene 讨教吧!

这是刚做好的香兰加椰蛋糕。铺上白白的椰丝,好像下了雪!

灵机一动,可以把它当作圣诞蛋糕哟!就来把它装饰吧!
mmmmm........很单调!

再来个雪人和圣诞老人吧!
也许来多一个糜鹿会更热闹哟!是不是有一点像圣诞蛋糕了!装饰圣诞的饰物还没买齐,就将就点吧!
这就是我今天的早餐咯!再这样吃下去不肥死才怪!
香兰小公主来了!既然有时间又有材料,Auntie Irene 就再教我这闻名遐耳的香兰小公主咯!果然百闻不如一见,真的很好吃! Auntie Irene 说 SP 有一点不好了,不然那蛋糊的部分会更软更香!不过对我来说这已经是很好吃了!
我也向 Auntie Irene 请教说有时小发糕不太发,她很热心的要示范给我看,那我们就动手做咯!怎么知道因该蒸15分钟的,可是在10分钟时没有煤气了,小发糕就发的不够咯!可是还是有发哟!谢谢Auntie Irene 也非常对不起因为害你没有煤气炒果条,晚餐也没有着落!希望你没有被饿着了!

那晚我把它放在后车厢,当我过关口开后车厢给官员察看时,那味道充满了整个车厢,他不用问都知道是糕点咯!哈哈。。。。。

对呀,我到时刚好听到Auntie Irene跟你讲电话。

进来太有圣诞气氛了,所以忍不住就把它当圣诞蛋糕来装饰了!希望Auntie Irene 不会说我乱来。。。。嘻嘻!

By taking the trouble to come to S'pore to learn from auntie irene,the most happy should be your family members...having so many good goodies to eat...hahaha

In fact not trouble at all. Anyway i still go to sg for work twice a week and it may be traffic jam if i go back after work. So i can use this traffic jam timing to go Auntie Irene there to learn baking then by the time i finish n ready to go home the custom is free flowing already. So just nice for me. Well planning ho.....hehehe
