没有第一次来的好，应为没有 Auntie Irene 在旁指导，所以出了一点壮况. Sponge cake 做得不好，拌匀面粉和牛油时拌得太多，蛋糕的低部是沉下去的。只好再做多一个，这次也加了coffee oil,所以蛋糕很香。
再来是打发fresh cream， 打过了头，fresh cream 出水了！只买了400g的fresh cream用了300g,没有多的给我再打，无计可施下，只好用whipping cream来代替。
这就是完成品咯！应该还可以看，味道也还不错！不过没有第一次做得好。

If your coco powder is well spread, it will look perfect. No1 will know your mistake if you dont say, hehe....

unless to spread it thickly or else it's not easy to spread it evenly. Infact it tast great too cos this time i use the gold brand coffee powder.
i hv to learn from my mistake ma so it's better to tell the mistake then next time i won't repeat the same mistake hehehe...

Your tiramisu not too bad lah...trying on your own is always different, not unless u have teacher by your side or advising u the sequence of works. Never mind lah, we all learnt from mistakes, next time u will definitely pay special attention when u come to that particular step and will achieve better results...加油! Practice makes perfect...
