Oh, michelle, I got the book from book fest at suntec...can i ask u? the book mentioned that we have to mix the enzyme with 10 times more of water, did they say why during the workshop? cos like different from the other book hor?
According to the teacher need to mix with 10 times of the water because our stomach may not be able to take it directly so that will be better if we can mix with some water to drink it. but that also depend on individual acceptability.
my new look was created by Aunty Irene, but blogger/singnet has some problem, so i cnt sparkle. Must wait for their problem to settle, then i reload again lo....
Quite like the book, just that the portion a bit little...and seem like sweeter...u have harvested the sample u made during the workshop, how does it taste?
I harvested the one without the vinegar one n it's v sweet n no wine taste at all. I think it's sweet is becos the portion of the honey. She said we can reduce the portion of honey if we do not want to taste too sweet. But it definitely diff from those we make becos not lemon and no rock sugar so it taste v original of the beet root taste. So maybe we shld reduce the honey.
I find that the book is more information and they emphasize not to use rock sugar and i believe kids will like the taste more. But some of the ingredient is not so common and is a dry food which maybe only can get from organic shop. So we may need to spend more in this lo.
