蔬果酵素





时常做水果酵素,现在试做蔬果酵素,放了萍果,甜菜根,西芹,黄瓜。书上写这对高血压有帮助,那就让母亲试一试吧!

也是一層蔬果﹐一層檸檬然後一層冰糖的做法嗎﹖

书上没有写做法,只写综合这4种蔬果适合血压高,我就自己变通咯!一層蔬果﹐一層檸檬然後一層冰糖的做。

Then i can try hor for my mother & uncle...having high blood pressure...

I have bought the book (Enzyme)also, but not very clear leh...can enlighten me? Pg 71 say fruit portion shld be more than others, but pg 76 say sugar portion is higher, eg: fruits, lemon (10kg) then sugar need 11kg? So i m very confused leh, see stars...:(

or may be my chinese standard not good bah...

Let me go back n see then tell you. I think the standard is 1:1.1 but certain fruit or veg maybe contain high glucose so maybe do not need much sugar. But i need to go back n read then we can exchange our view of point. Will get back this tomorrow ya !

I had read the book again and i think that 1 : 1.1 is for a guideline and it also mentione that after you had familiar with it then u can adjust it according to your liking. So u can adjust to yout own liking whether to put more fruit or not. I had try to put less sugar n i find that the taste is not so gd n the beer effect n taste not much. So i think the sugar play a v important part to help the enzyme to be more active in it.

Thanks for your confirmation & advise, so the "beer" is from less sugar ....ok, next time i try put more sugar, cos i thought fruit's content must be more than others, thats why my sugar was lesser...heehee...blur blur lah me

U r most welcome !

That is just my experience but not so sure right or not. Since u do so much of enzyme everytime maybe u can try it also with some less sugar n some more sugar. Then i m sure u will see the different.
