Kuih Lapis

我很喜欢吃kuih Lapis, 可是要有时间才可以慢慢做,用了将近一小时多的时间来烘,可是吃了之后,就觉得再辛苦也是值得的。

haha....在新年时我没时间做,现在有点时间就动手解馋咯!上两个星期我在Bengawan solo 买了两片来吃,简直是很失望,就只好自己做咯!

your kuih lapis looks good, the taste must be superb... As it is made with substantial amount of egg yolks and butter, we usually eat 1 to 2 slices at a time, that's why normally this cake will take a longer time to finish...think it deserves this slow sampling treatment, for the tme and process it takes to bake...heehee...

Hahaha....indeed i make a 9" size of kuih lapis n i share some with my friend so my cake finish in 2 days only hehehe...Maybe i will make again this week, requested by public hahaha...
