Starting from here.......: 烧肉

尝试用烤箱来烤烧肉，效果不是很好。表皮干也硬了一点，可是里面可是很juicy的哟！味道更是比外头卖的来得香！

烧肉的确要用火炭，慢慢的烤，那样的烧肉才会有烘烤的味道！呵呵~~~
