Corn Layer cake

星期六做了这个玉粟蜀蛋糕,哪知道反应太好了,竟然不够吃,在大家要求下星期天又再做了一个,一天里也搞定了,想要留到第二天作早餐都没有了!哈哈。。。。家人真的是很捧场!!!

Yes, i add 450 ml of coconut milk with 1 1/2 packet of the 绿豆粉 and 1 1/2 tsp of instant jelly.

you are really great lo! this Corn Layer Cake is that copy form Pandan Kaya Layer Cake huh? really look yummy ... no wonder can finish so fast! hee hee ...

Yes, i copy from there. When i learn the pandan kaya cake from Auntie Irene, she told me that corn flavour will be much nicer but i do not have chance to try yet. Now i make it already and really this is much more nicer than the pandan kaya cake. Must thanks Auntie Irene for her guidance.

am i right that the corn coconut layer taste like hun kuih? it seems that their ingredients are quite similar

Ya, it taste like kuih or agar-agar cos it use green pea powder and instant jelly.
