Macaroon 是一种法国甜点,通常在婚礼上会用来送给宾客。为了要饼皮外脆内软,要用杏仁粉加很多的糖粉再加上打发的蛋白,很甜很甜,所以馅料一定要重口味来盖过饼皮的甜味。
不太容易做,所以外头卖的可贵哟!一个就要新币两块钱。我作了很多次都不太成功。这一次还算可以过关!
