Even if not becos of voucher, this Hyatt hotel is always a 5 star hotel so nv know their room is so so only. Really dun understand how they can get this star!
Ya Hyatt is always 5 star, dont know y not up to standard, shld have the counter staff when u check-out : "This hotel is 5 star huh!" or "this hotel is not 5 star right!" "y so sub-standard" heehee...

Sometime we must not trust offer items or vochers, there always somethings missing...lah. Not up to our expectation.

真的有點令人失望唷﹗五星級的酒店看起來是普通的房間﹐差不多一樣﹗更何況現在酒店的電視還是用14寸的而已嗎﹗
不過大致上來說還蠻乾淨的﹐蠻舒服的。
有時如果我要去住酒店﹐我不敢把它想象的太好﹐因為怕失望。呵呵~~~

对呀，真失望！电视这么小也很旧了！它的厨也很旧了！幸亏还算清洁。

Too bad i nv quote that to them..... n i will nv go back to stay there anymore so no chance to throw them those remarks already! Wasted! hahaha.....

Ya lor....so disappointed ler! But luckily is still consider clean lor so still can take it but just not up to the standard lor.
