Anthony,U can use either can one or those fresh one. The can one is easier to cook. This one that i made is from can one and i also add some onion n milk n black pepper.It's really nice if u put more water it can be mushroom soup as well.

这是自制的蘑菇酱，可以涂面包吃，也可以配鸡扒吃，也可以炒菜。
这是用蘑菇酱炒的蘑菇鸡丁。放了点黑胡椒，带点辣辣的味道，真是太好吃了！
