面包出炉咯!

这些面包就是我和家人昨天与今天的消夜与早餐咯!一直都想做个软绵绵的面包,可是尝试了很多次都不成功,所以都不敢放上blog来,昨天终于可以如愿了!谢谢Auntie Irene 的教导,让我学会了制作面包的整个过程,原来做个可口软绵的面包也要经过这么多的发酵过程。



看这么多种的面包,原来都是出自一家,经过揉揉拈拈的,就变出不同的花样了!
再次谢谢Auntie Irene 的教导与食谱,让我和家人吃到这么可口与松软的面包!

对呀!还好Auntie Irene 先帮我做了第一次的发酵,要不然可要很长的时间叻!真得很开心!

i knock off early yesterday & called 师傅 who told me you going her hse to learn breadmaking. she asked if i want to join, but i was at Toa payoh lor...aiya,,shd i know got many beautiful bread, i would have FLY down,,,嘻嘻嘻

看到自做的面包,从打面团,发酵,滚圆,发酵,整形,再发酵。。。当看到面包出炉时,哇。。。好开心唷!

SIS,

Of cos, the following is the way of preparing it.

Just bought the "Woh Hup" brand plum sauce and boil it with water (say 100 ml of plum sauce and mix with 200ml of water) u can adjust according to your liking. Leave the mixture aside till cool. Then put the meat (wu hua rou) in the above sauce and preferably marinate it overnight. Then the next day just take out the meat n bake in the oven till cooked. Then boil the sauce again n thicken it with corn flour and put on the meat n serve.

U bake how many degree and for how long?

I bake at 200 deg but got to watch up not to make it too dark lor!
