Actually the cake inside is butter cake with some chocolate filling and the outside one is fondant made from marshmallow so the taste is like marshmallow. As for the colour, those shop sell bakery thing got sell all the coloring especially for this fondant.

其实里面的蛋糕是普通的奶油蛋糕，外面的是fondant. 我这个fondant是用marshmallow做的。我是看书学的。

虽然是有点粗糙，不过我知道非常不容易捏成型，需要手巧加上许多练习才能得心应手的，你看书自学就做到这样，对我来说，算很了不起了。我尤其喜欢最后一个蓝色的，颜色配搭很美。。。
