由于明天是五月十五，我要蒸发糕拜拜，蒸发糕的蒸炉也可以用来蒸蛋糕，想到了下午Auntie Irene分享的食谱，就等不及明天去买馅料，就先来一个传统蒸蛋糕吧！
不得了！真的是像Auntie Irene 所说的那么柔软，忍不住吃多了一片。。。。嘻嘻嘻谢谢师傅无私的分享，等我下星期度假回来，一定会再做个有馅料的蒸蛋糕！

昨天朋友来家里做客，我就准备了这联合国的晚餐。
这个是香港式的点心蒸鸡脚。 这是我的最爱，我好像吃得比客人多，哈哈哈。。。
这个是日本咖哩。 小孩们的最爱，应为不辣，小孩们常看日本的卡通，卡通里的小朋友也常吃，所以小朋友们吃得不亦乐乎！
这个是韩国炒年糕。 没有放很多的佐料，可是一样美味！
这个是马来亚风味的煎加咯炒花肉，不喜欢煎加咯味道的朋友，吃了也会爱上他。很配饭哟，不小心会吃多了饭，哈哈哈。。。我还煲了罗汉果苹果雪梨汤，可是忘了拍照。

I got a question want to check with you. I saw from blog, nowsaday people make "tuna or curry puff" can easily buy the puff's skin from supermarket. They did mentioned "kawan" brand puff's skin. I went to search on last Sat, I can't find it at at carrefour JB. Is it the puff's skin is "roti prata"? they just use roti prata to make the puff's skin?

No, not the roti prata. Not necessary to be "kawan" brand. I come accross from giant there got sell this puff pastry, it's a raw thin 面团which they use a diff plastic to put it layer by layer and the roti prata is more thick and not so suitable and it won't hv the puff effect.

Dun worry u r always welcome! Yes i ever bought once b4 but i cannot remember wat is the brand already. I bought it in giant Kulai and i think i ever see Phoon Huat in singapore got sell too.
