出国前就做了个无料的蒸蛋糕,很回味那蛋糕的松软,再上星期的weekday,晚上就等不及动手再做一个有馅料的蒸蛋糕。贪心的我还加了肉干在叉烧里,再加上肉丝在蛋糕上,哈哈哈。。。。吃得家人停不了口,一天就把它搞定了!

上星期吃了Auntie Irene给的biscotti, 让我怀念不已,只好自己动手做咯!
我用了整粒的杏仁,看起来有没有很美,哈哈哈。。。
这个也是biscotti,不过是有加了巧克力的面团,多了巧克力的味道,果然是不一样哟!
在市场买了菠菜全蛋面,就拿来做一面两味的干捞面吧!
这个是豆鼓排骨面。用豆酱闷排骨,直到排骨入口及化,再加上豆鼓汁的香味,这豆鼓排骨面是一流的!嘻嘻嘻。。。(脸皮很厚呵)
再做一个香菇肉酱来配这个面也是很不错的选择,有多的香菇肉酱拿来送饭也是吃了会停不了口哟!
