I got a lot of cooking book and of cos i did attended Irene shifu class too. If u can make it i think u better attend class too because certain skill u cannot learn from book which make u cannot get the right texture even though u got the right ingredient.
Cooking need practise so dun think yourself is lousy what u need to do is practise n learn from yr mistake.
hee..hee..sweet corn again! looks like you and your mum (and family) loves to eat sweet corns. I like it too, it's really a healthy food though. This corn coated meat ball is quite unique ...
